Lay the tarp on top of the frame as shown above.

Starting with the four corners, use the ball bungees to start attaching the tarp to the frame. Now, attach all of the bungees along side and then along the opposite side. Next continue onto an adjacent side and the opposite side. Your tarp should now look like above.
